This was an imagined assignment to create a young reader’s adaptation of The Ugly Duckling. For this assignment, I completely rewrote the story of The Ugly Duckling for children ages 5-8. I then created 3 sketches for the spreads, as well as designed a front and back cover in Illustrator and InDesign. This is still a work in progress, as the text on the cover spread needs to be changed.
